We had to leave Ysemerline with her father , Innocent Rene', so they could be transported to the US Navy ship, Comfort. She will be evaluated there and it will be decided where she should get medical attention. There are several options and they will determine what should be done.
Dr. Julia Redcay goes along with Ysemerline to take her to the Army Base where she will be lifted by helicopter to the US Navy ship Comfort.
Drs. Myron and Doreen Miller, Pamela Shirk, Faith Layton, and Carol Hershey came by the way of the Dominican Republic. They had a most interesting day today. There were many at the clinc here at the compound and they went mobile in the afternoon. They were crowded by many who needed medical attention.
A comfortable bus that travels from Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic to Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
